Thanks for the interest Guys,
Some more information if you're interested.
The Car
1977 Aston Martin V8 S
Engine is a Tadek Marek all alloy design:
5340cc capacity with quad overhead chain driven cams - 16 Valve.
Four twin choke Weber 42 DCNF 27 toped by a single air box and two intake filters.
Max RPM: 6250
Power 304 BHP
Manual Gearbox: Dogleg configuration - 1st Back to the Left.
A heavy car (1766kg) and quite a handful to drive, but when you get the hang of it, it is sublime. Sounds fantastic, as it has no rear silencers, and at full chat it howls along nicely.

Oof! Very nice mate. Always liked them Aston V8s as the front end looks like a subtle British take on the 60s mustangs. It lokos to be in very good nick, esp. the paint, so I take it this wasn't a £5k one that often crops up on fleabay?!
Now all you need to do it bolt a couple of turbos onto it . . . and NOS

Awesome car
I'm surprised at the power figures though, I'd have expected more.
Maybe it needs aome EFI and a couple of tubbies attached
