Can anyone out there tell me the size of the smaller outlet on the thermostat housing O/D size please.
And if a webber 500 carb has a vacuum take of for the dizzy,its all for a rover of cause vitesse engine,having a header tank made and need sizes

exact size no but its heater hose size (same size as the pump connection) and yes the 500 has 2 vac take-offs for dizzy one is timed and one un-timed.

I think I use 16mm heater hose on mine for this connection.

Even better mate as I've got to buy a whole metre of silicon hosing in 16mm for a bit 4" long at least I can use the rest of it now plumbing that up as well.
