Looks a bit like the trouser manifold here
https://www.mez.co.uk/ms12-new.html. Basically a hack to get the carbs to fit under the bonnet.

Yes I thought that. I just wondered if anyone knew what the elbows were from as they look like they are cast as a pair and I've never come across them before.
