cooling connections for my new setup

i am currently converting my Kitcar RV8 from Edelbrock/Holley to Quad Delorto's DRLA's
i am using the Rovercraft manifolds with the rear coolant ports sealed and the front ports feeding into a thermostat housing from JE Devs.
The thermostat housing has once 38mm feed to the radiator via a fan switch. C - G
Rad to Pump return H - F
I have a header tank with 19mm feed from the bottom to Pump Housing A - E
8mm return at the top of the rad to the header B
With a pressure relief cap with overflow tube to the floor. My questions are, i now have D with no function. can this just be capped off.
can D & E be used for the same function i.e. can A go to D if it is easier to connect to it?
i have read that people connect A to FH with Tee off, is this a better way for flow?
any advice gratefully received
