Suggestion for parts suppliers please.

Hi all, after the very sad demise of V8Tuner, I'm on the hunt for a supplier of tuning parts for the V8, and I'm surprised to find so few places around on the net.
I can get standard parts no problem through my usual LR contacts and suppliers - Turner Engineering are a great supplier that I use for standard V8 and TD5 parts.
But for tuning parts, I relied heavily on V8Tuner.
In particular I'm looking for big valves and the associated hardware for the later 4.6 GEMS/MEMS engine for my latest build.
Anyone got a good contact?
I'm not a huge fan of RPI because reasons.
RealSteel do stock valves etc, but dont do much with the later timing gear,
Anyone recommend a good contact for MEMS/GEMS bits?
TIA,
Mike.

Have you looked at V8 Developments? I got some of my performance parts from there.

I've been dealing with V8D and they seem to be very knowledgeable, easy to get hold of, phone back when they say they will, and listen to the question before answering it (Some of you may know what I mean by this

)
I am currently rebuilding my 4.0L and am very happy with their service

I’m guessing the ‘reasons’ are that you’ve spoken to them!

The reasons - yeah, sort of.
I rebuilt my first V8 back in about 2002 ish - can’t remember exactly - heck, it was 20 years ago...
My 3.9 knocked a big end and was slipping a liner anyway, so I did my research.
It was right in the middle of the slipping liners debacle, with brand new Rover blocks having the horrendous issues out of the factory - far worse than the old 3.9 ever did. ( don’t we all know about that!)
Working for JLR at the time, I had a bit of an inside line on this too. All the RV8 engine builders were giving the usual and very sound advice to “top hat liner” the block. JE, Turners, ACR etc etc - even Lund. All except RPI!
RPI were adamant that a brand new 4.0 or 4.6 block was the way to go, and that they hadn’t seen any problems at all, and wouldn’t think of top hat liners. Sorry, but that sort of killed their reputation for me.
Felt like they had a load of new blocks and were doing their darnedest to sell them.

Although I was only buying parts I had a similar experience, very quickly learned that RPI rate what they sell and when they don't sell it any more they rate something else. Also gave me some poor advice and when I queried it they got very stropy.
