Rover V8 Cylinder Heads

Hi,
After an issue with a gasket, my left bank has signs of cracking.
Any suggestions on a good supplier for a set of recon heads, stage 1, i've no wild cam just a standard 3.9EFI.

got to be easier getting the head welded up surely?
