Right guys,
as a few of you know my crank has been sent away to be offset ground, (months ago)
Just had a call from Allan, saying they have just called him and said they now cant do my crank,
I'm unsure what the reason is,
Anyone recommend someone who can do it and not at the last min say sorry can't do it,
was hoping to be at the track in may for shake down runs ready for the classic ford show meeting at santapod in June, that's now looking very very doubtful

That stinks.

I know he's not local to you but this guy did a great job on my block after someone else messed it up:

They seem to do a LOT of cranks. No mention of offset grinding but may be worth calling him.

I've used Cylinder rebores in Nuneaton before, maybe worth a try?

Coops!
Have a chat with Dave Knight mate. As you know I trashed my old crank. Dave Knight offset ground a new crank for me to match the specs of the old one. It took him about 2 weeks though?
As with all engine shops you are at the mercy of their workload eh?
