It looks like we wont be trying to modify the Rover inlet for the wild cat heads so am looking for options.

I like the look of something like this



Need ideas and recommendations on someone that could make one for me.

Hope you have a deep wallet or at least a very skilled welder on hand

Have no idea on price, but am certain he could do this for you if you had CAD dwgs. Would be interested to know how much this type of combined inlet/manifold combined would be...and have often thought there's a market for this.

As note, looking at the pic I would have thought pre-fab'd extruded inlets would be easier as they're probably available off the shelf in a semi-standard size rather multiple length welds.

Do you have any more pics/dimensions of this unit?

Speak to Thomas at Zurawski Motorsport. He's one of the best fabricators I have seen an builds equal flow plenums for turbo 1UZ, BMWs and RB motors. He isn't cheap, but then quality never is, and the equal flow plenums are proven to be superb for performance, it will be better than almost anything else you can get done. If you're going to spend money on a custom inlet, use him. Check out the equal flow plenums he makes on his facebook page;
