Any ideas what propshaft sliding joint fits a 25 spline Sierra Cosworth T5 gearbox ?

Not certain, but have a look at "V8tuner" link toward the bottom of the main page on this site for a better idea. Better still have a chat with Paul at V8tuner he`ll put you right.

When I got my prop shortened by Autoprop, Felbridge near East Grinstead, they simply asked for the spline count and diameter and sourced it. I seem to remember they said along the lines 'OK, it's standard then'.
I think they are still going even though it's a shed in the middle of a field!
Went there for both my Dax props.
