What nos plate is this ??

My mate has just got a second plate and the holes are diffrent in the middle, On his origional plate there is about 10 or 12 holes along the pipes and on his new plate it only has about 4 holes on each pipe, But both plates have got threads on the end so you can put the jet sizes on the fittings. It says its a nos one just like the other. Will it flow the same aamount of gas or if not does anyone know how much it will flow ??
