PowerLite starter.

Anyone had one of these apart? I have a spare one which runs, but more often that not doesn't turn the engine. Think it may be the one way clutch.
PowerLite have quoted a fairly large sum to fix it (probably a standard overhaul charge) - and wondered if it's something I could do myself.
An exploded view of the parts would help - Google can't find one here.
