What gauges

I need a bit of help on what gauges I need for my comp safari racer project.
I have recently replaced the 3.5 motor with a 3.9 hotwire serp motor. Previosly it used the range rover classic gauge pod but I have now fitted a tomcat grp race dash.
Iam thinking as a minimum I need Fuel gauge, water temp, and oil pressure plus of course a speedo.
I will probably by Tim or vdo.
My confusion lies in the senders.
Fuel gauge : I presume you have to buy a dip tube the same height as your tank
Temp gauge: what sender thread do I need to replace the 3.9 unit.
Oil pressure: do I need mechanical, electrical , capillary and if so what senders.
Speedometer these seem expensive and I suppose I will need to get a cable made up.unless I use a gps or a one using a hall effect trigger.
