I'd go for Bosch at half the price.

Mmmmm I thought about the bosch leads.
Bought lucas a year ago and failed already. Don't want to be buying another set next year.

Powerspark had the best spec for the price -

Lucas these days is cheap Chinese stuff. Genuine Lucas would be so old as not to use the latest technology. They would likely still be carbon string.
Bosch are one of the largest car electrics makers. Their leads (ones I bought from Halfords) are conductive plastic. I used them for many years before changing to EDIS.
The cost of 'posh' plug leads is a con. They don't even use copper - which is the expensive part of any normal cable. I'd estimate the true cost of Magnicore cable at about 50p a metre for say 50 metres. Much less in bigger quantities. So like many of these things you're paying through the nose for a name.
Rant over.

We use them on both race cars and they seem fine. Been on just over a year now.
