Hi
I have a BMW E39 540 and found this place while looking for idea`s on supercharging my car with an Eaton M112 and Jag charge coolers which i already have.
I imagine i`ll be spending quite a bit of time searching and reading through the threads, nice meeting you.

Welcome
I'm a 540 fan myself but have graduated from a 540 Touring to an e39 M5 complete with supercharger.
I've done a couple of non-BMW conversions using the M112 so may have some useful tips if you need them.

Hi Rossco
As of today i`v taken ownership of a BMW M62 3.5 engine with ecu`s and everything needed to run it as a test fit mule, then later it might go in a track day chassis, who knows??.
My next task is to work out what i want to get done, and with the collaboration of my local fab shop, who will help me make all the connections from the BMW to the Jag charge coolers also trying to make a bespoke fuel rail for both petrol and LPG.
The nose may need to be shorter and there may be some issues with the way the throttle body will be situated ??
I guess this will be a fun ride, so anything you can help me with will be welcome, this is the first time i`v taken on anything this ambitious but
I`v seen a German guy`s kit on ebay and i`m sure this Brit could do a bit better.
I do have a rather fat R1 with a metmachex singled sided swing arm, Pro-Shift push button shifter, Dyno-mite underseat pipes, so you understand i do like some power in my life.
Thanks for the welcome
