390 Holley with manual choke

Hello all,
I am resetting my Holley carb after having it cleaned and did not take enough care when dismantling the choke mechanism. Whilst the Holley manual goes into a lot of detail about auto choke it gives very little info on manual types. What I need to know is the position of the idle stop screw relative to the cam in order to achieve the correct fast idle.
Any help greatly appreciated.
