Calibrating an O2 sensor

I've a feeling my wideband O2 sensor needs calibrating - but it is quite awkward to remove.

Any tips about doing it in situ - remove the plugs and spin over the engine with the throttle wide open, but fuel supply cut off? Leave for a few days? A large Hoover on the exhaust? :D

I am pretty sure the Innovate calibration button tells you to just wait for a day or two so the sensor is seeing the atmosphere, i.e. 20.9% Oxygen.
