I recently bought a holley carb off EBAY it has the following numbers.

D2HF-9510-DA

LIST 6339-1

1835

Does anybody know what it is ie CFM. Also are all holleys pretty much a standard body with jetting determined or changed by the user. In other words if this carb is for a 7.0 American muscle car can i re-jet it for a Rover V8 ? Any help would be appreciated thanks

Cant help you with what you have but the Holley you need is the 390 which is different from all the rest in that as standard it uses metering blocks and not jets. They can be converted though so its not all bad. No you cant use a carb meant for a 7.0 on a rover as the carb is far too big CFM wise and wont meter the fuel properly no mater what jets you put in. The chokes are just too large to allow a high enough velocity to pull fuel. I cant remember the holley range but the next popular size is 600cfm which is still far too big for 95% of rover engines.

The ID no's live on the vertical front 'face' near the butterflies. There's a few sites that will ID Holleys like this one and this shows where the ID lives.
