While I'm sorting my cold start problem I've noticed a tapping noise coming from the plenham
good oil presure and the engine runs well once started
anyone had similar?

Loose intake trumpet (inside the plenum) maybe? wouldn't be the 1st time or if you have done repeated cold starts without allowing the motor to warm up maybe one of your tappets as bled down try warming up the engine to see if it goes away on the next cold start

Tapping becomes more noticable once the engine is warm
What does tappet bleed down mean? will I need to renew?
