Just a quick question, whats the recomended psi rating of the header tank pressure cap?
At the moment the header tanks fitted with a Stant 18-22 psi, will this be OK?
Cheers Steve

Always run 15psi on mine.

As far as I know it only risks gaskets and hoses. If these are okay, you just improved the cooling of the whole system :D

It all depends where in your system your header tank is plumbed into.

For example if it is between your engine and rad you will see a higher pressure requirement than if it is fitted on the suction side return to pump

This could be as much as 5 psi difference
