Exhaust Manifold thread size

Can anyone tell me the size of the thread for the exhaust manifold.
I need to get a couple of helicoils puut in as there are couple of buggered threads.

3/8 unc there is a list of all the sizes and stuff here

Na feel free M8 or copy it over to forum server and link to it like I did with the engine numbers. Whatever is easiest for you.
