Im a electrician by trade. Ive had to work with "electricians"....and I use that term in the loosest possible meaning , who were incapable of wiring, incapable of steel conduit or trunking, and generally totally incompetent at almost any task, an electrician could be expected to have to carry out..
Yet they did apparently have all the relevant qualifications to say otherwise.
In this world were paperwork, NVQ's etc etc etc are supposed to be the be all end all in terms of guaging a persons ability...
That same paperwork is only fit for wiping your arse with.
If you dont have ability, no amount of training will correct that IMO.
