What spec is your TB and is your inlet mani ported? Looks good! Got an alternator bracket through for mine but looks different to yours and not very smart so will probably end up making a custom one!

did a bit on the starter side today,
using a 4.6 1.4kw starter, although its a smaller body the solenoid still causes a problem on the rubber joint in the steering,
so today the Guys at Caprisport came up with an idea of doing a away with the rubber joint and use two UJ joints, this clears the solenoid with a bout 40mm spare,
next job is to cut up two capri steering couplings so we have the two UJ's needed,
then when its fitted back into the car fingers crossed it still clears
i also remembered to take a pic of the powersteering bracket caprisport made while i had it all apart for painting,
and steady brace for the pump itself,

not done much regarding the car/engine recently,
but due to the possible sale of the gearbox and capri/rv8 manifolds
i can order up the new front suspension and the fuel lines,
im working weekends doing private jobs to top the car fund pot back up,
looking like the car will not be back on the road until september now,
never mind, means it can have a long rest ready for a thrashing next year

Spent a bit on that hose I guess Tony! Seems to be so expensive I'm glad I have gone with solid ally under the car, if it is -6 stainless braid and you have any off cuts I may pester you for 400mm after you have fitted it all as that is the only -6 I need !!! Have fun putting it all on- always looks satisfying doing jobs like that
