Better than the Tommo!!

I think I've bagged a paint sponsor :)

My Big Bro has come back from his hideaway in Greece for a years work in the UK. He's running a big bodyshop about an hour from my gaff. He's coming next week to pick up the bonnet.
I told him that once I've bonded and blended the rear wings in I want a full respray. He told me he may only be in the UK for a few months more. So I told him I would be happy to strip and mask the car if he could give me a basic blow over the whole car for nowt. I have of course offered free 4 free entry tickets and pit passes for him and 3 off his staff to attend the Retro Show in July as guests of the MG Drag Racing Club in return for the favour :)

Well!
You gotta blag whatever you can eh ???

Are you planning on scaring the crap of your opponents at the drags cause that is looking some mean now.

Nice job on blending the scoop in Perry,I would be pleased with that.

Thanks chaps!
The credit has to go to my Son Jason though. He wanted to have a go at the job. So I let him do it. And I'm very happy with how it looks now.
Its on the car now and looks the nuts :)

I'm off to the pod tomorrow come rain or shine so I can set the carb up. Today I got the seat and harness lashed in. I was going to weld the cage, but I had a large problem with the engine that took all day to sort out. I'll explain over on the fuel section.

I have to get some pics of the car with a sponsor sticker on tomorrow so I can get some backing.
