Hi Guys,
Been back at the old engine doodah and Chris - those small ports next to the exhaust ports that are for the pollution control blah de blah. I've been peeking at them with various bolts and stuff and damned if I can find the thread size that they are.
As the new engine is painted silver (eugh) the thread guage is not telling me all the info I need.
As a bunch of well sorted out boffins, anyone know the thread size and where I can source a eight grub bolts i.e. ones that will seal the damn holes but not actually show hex bolt heads. I'm keen to make em discreet.
Perry if you peek at this - would you mind posting a pic of the heads with the injector recesses shown. Shave ya dropping them off as it's only a positional thing.
If anyone else has a pic of the left and right heads showing the injector recesses i'd be grateful as the heads I have are for Carbs and not EFi so I need to attack them with a Dremmel and a rather steady hand (well plug up everything and use a Dremmel stand and a lot of care.
Please drop your replies in guys as it is always appreciated.
Many thanks.

Hiya Perry,
Yip been really really busy. Spent the weekend under more damn trains hauling casualties from underneath, then in the pool with water rescue and all sorts of fun.
Took the Disco up the Lakes and spent some time bombing about with a new medic who is keen to learn the off road rescue driving stuff so have been kinda up the wall.
In the Hosp - member of staff left so been prepping lesson plans at night and busy clinics in the day. Planning an out of country teaching session so it's mental.
But in all - Love it. Gotta get the Classic up on here feet though as she needs to be mobile - sitting in one place is not good as it gets noticed even more.
