Looking good tony, I spent about 4 hrs fitting my drivers bucket yesterday because the new ones are slightly wider than my old ones, and guess what, they caught on the handbrake lever! SO I had to move them out about 1 inch, which now puts them off the centre of the steering wheel . . . ah well at least they are comfy!
wrt to seatbelts - the plod can't say anything if harnesses are properly installed, no need to keep the originals!

I kept the belts just incase,
like others said keep plod happy,
at least if i get pulled and plod not happy i can say sorry officer i'll put the propper belt on, no point arguing as they may start picking faults in anything, which none of us need do we,

Plod do not like the quick release catches, not MOT/ SVA EU complient the catch has to be of the same type as that on a normal belt, that is why you have the two types for sale because for motorsport you must have the quick release type catch as Tony has.

With the help of Jon and Neil at caprisport, we made the brackets for my oil cooler, (only had it for nearly a yr now i think),
the bottom pic shows the cooler sat in the front of the lower air intake rad grill,

slowly gathering parts whiel the engine is in bits after the high rev missfire,
as you know in my other posts on the forum im going over to serp front and wasted spark ignition,
so here for the ecu we have:
2 x Additional VR or Coil interfaces
1 x 8 Bit Addressable Latch (special purpose only) (P259 chip)
the 2 (1 for me one for someone else) chips are to convert mine from hall to vr sensor for the crank trigger,
And the P259 is to replace mine which is not 100% on all channels,

small aint they
and thanks to Kev The Mole,
a pair of coil packs,

not sure if the leads are long enough so going to have to get a set sorted,

did some more on the ignition side of the ecu this evening,
coil pack loom is now ready to be fitted to the car,
along with the new fuse box for the ecu which is bigger, (not enough fuse slots on present one for coil packs etc)
when the car goes to caprisport to have the engine removed we are going to thin out the wiring loom and remove what is no longer needed, plus it will tidy every thing up under the bonnet.
the shopping list so far for the car to be done for the drag day:
New crower Cam,
(price hunting)
new rhoads lifters
(price hunting)
Double Valve Springs
(price hunting)
Caps for dbl sprgs
(price hunting)
Head work for the above springs /caps etc
(£50-£100 V8 Dev)
Crank sensor,
(price hunting)
Alternator Bracket for serp front
(hunting for part)
Trigger Wheel for coil packs,
(trigger wheels .com)
Coil Packs,
(now have them)
plug leads,
(need to speak to dnb
)
Ecu chip replacement
(have new chips ecu in with Jago)
Coil Pack Loom from ecu
(have now made it)
New bigger fuse box for above
(have one now)
