I might be a stupid to use my time some porting work, but i try to tied up of TA/wild cat heads on street motor.. Those heads are my old stage 4 home ported, witch will produce 393hp at the flywheel..

Some porting work. Inlet valve seat is ported slightly offset or is it called eccentric? Approx 1mm offset. It will use hand ported seat angles, no more 3 angle valve seat.. 43mm inlet valve/90% throat diameter

Exhaust valve seat throat is oval, approx 1mm. Now short side radius is mutch better, and now more any turbulence at the exhaust port.

I cannot take better pick´s, my camera is not good enought, or my hand is shaking to mutch.. :) Will try to change camera someday..

Inlet flow will increase approx 35-40hp over stock 3 angle valve seat when make a test after porting.. But that flow bench testing is not the point. Only i want to show how this make a difference.. It is only some theoritically number. But now it will flow ~200cfm if some one is intresting.. Now it will use short side mutch mutch more than STD 3 angle valve seat/85% throat diameter.. Theoritically my flywheel power 393hp + 40hp more head flow + more agressive cam, it could be produse 40hp more.. wink + some home made merge collectors.. Those are ready now, in the pick they are still in progress..

Quick dyno day.. I think i will go next summer again, but let´s see?? In my mind i have to time cam again because engine wont rev as it should in my mind..

Printer is broken, so no good old paper version to dyno print..

Results flywheel 418hp@5800rpm and 570Nm@4400rpm.
Still running std ported rover head´s..

So quite near for TA-performance heads..

Yes, my TA heads will be here shortly for my old school 215 Build (302ci). Do you have another template available?
