You could go for a second hand 5.0L TVR short engine, I may know where a good one is going to be sold very soon,

what about buying a 4.6 hse range rover, they come up on ebay for about a grand? I could keep the engine and break the car and get a good chuck of cash back? or are the p38 blocks too risky? thanks
