Spoke to Phil who lists the oil on ebay,
and got a great deal from him,
I know its the us gal (3.75 litres) but ordered 4 yesterday morning and they arrived 8.30 this morning,
great service and a great deal price wise.

The oil suppliers were due to raise prices again mid August but with the oil price recently relenting somewhat i'm not sure if this will still happen. Pity one of my customers who hedged against price rises by buying 8 205ltr barrels last month if the price comes down again! Tony i'll have a look and see what we can do for 20w50 at work, I think we only do it in valvolyne. I still think that the mobil1 15w50 is a great choice for a built rover engine.

Hi Tony, I am interested in the oil. I'm not far from you -Thatcham. Would you let me know the supplier or would you rather order the oil for me and I can collect from you? I would need two US gal for starters. Got any prices?

Cheers,

Paul.

Thanks for the reply Tony. I realy don't want to spend all that cash at once on oil at the moment.

I am building a 4.6 and all my spare readys are going on engine parts, balancing ect.

I need to get my new 4ltr pistons pressed onto the 4.6 rods. After reading about your problems I am rather concerned it's about getting it done properly, know anybody local who would be able to do the job?

Paul.
