Bones - I made up templates with some cheap crappy tube then took them to Andy Robinson and he bent them up in the good stuff with his mandrel bending machine, very nice and better than the hydraulic jack and hammer method!

Are you going to use this on the street,do a liitle hot hatch hunting maybe?
Just a thought do you think that 235's are going to be man enough for all that power going out the back because I think that once that is out you will have a problem staying off the loud pedal.

My landy will spin any 2 of its 265 wheels if I give it some welly- admittedly they are not sticky race type tyres but its only a mildly fettled with tdi 22 year old 90
