cheers bill, just what i was looking for.....


so if the basic kit will run edis8, does that mean that it will frun edis 6 and 4???? .....
my biggest confusion with MS is whats inside the ECU its self as standard, because i think EXTRAEFI has confused me with all the different ecus they sell for different configuration engines, and the prices variy aswell


i know you can get the stimulator and LCD display and the relay junction box ect, but what are the usual things that get added to the ecu

If you build the MS to drive EDIS, it will drive any EDIS.

The options are confusing, but that is the nature of the beast.

Usual options for a v8 are tach out and map switch if you run LPG. Some people like to run IAC to help with low RPM running and warm up. Others stick with the bimetallic setup off the older flapper ECUs. If you read the LR4x4 you will see that Nige has got a little carried away with optimising his tune. Some people just fit and forget.
