One option might be a single rear mounted turbo....
In some respects, it might simplify a lot of the installation.

A simple option is a downdraft holly with mechanical secondary's. Plumb the turbo's straight to the carb for low boost ie no intercooler. Could use water injection if you want to.

In a minor update to this, I now have a pair of T34 turbos, that are serviceable, but could probably do with a refurb.
I haven't done the maths to work out if they'll work or not yet, but they were nigh on free so I have them anyway.
Everyone's stupidly busy in the run up to christmas so I most likely won't do anything with them till after, but it's a step in the general direction.

I last used a pair of T34's on my 4.6
They worked fine.

Ive got T34's on my 5.7 chebby!
T34's are usally quite expensive as the cossy guys use them, I paid 1k for two new OEM ones - which at the time was a bargain.
