Actually, you could find 4 or 5 sets of second hand 3.9 injectors, clean them thoroughly, flow test them and sort then into matched sets, select for yourself the lowest flowing 8 and use them, sell the rest on a TVR forum as "flow match selected performance injectors" at a silly price and make a profit on the deal! :twisted:

Also can i just leave the speed sensor input disconnected

i have a mechanical speedo so nowhere to put it :)

and the ECU connector has NO wires for Lambda's

The pickup for the speed sensor is a mechanical device that the speedo connects thru. Can post a pic if you want

yes i know what it is , the old van i had used to have one .. :D

but what i wanted to know is will it work without one ?

i just noticed on the sticky page ...Coops is running without so maybe its ok without it ???

I'm running a 14CUX hotwire on a SD1 Vitesse 3.5 engine in my MGB

I dispensed with the speed sensor, ran it at first without Lambda sensors, and then with them, I can't say it made much difference ( but it was more economical ands powerful with the hotwire as against the flapper system, so well worth the change.)
