Thanks Tom, I'll spend some time reading this up and at the moment I've left the AFR and spark stuff to what was set up years ago by Dale (in Telford) when he tried to map everything on his rolling road. However that was all abandoned due to overheating and I've never been back since. Obvious need to look at things.

Interesting ... The last few days I've been away and did 200 miles. Two journeys with luggage on boot rack so assume lots of drag. 50% motorway at cruising circa 65mph. Rest pottering around. Just filled up and my mpg is 23.45. Hmm.

Because of lovely summer, prior to this I have driven mainly without side screens but this trip I used them. Just wondering if much less drag with side screens on. Sevens are notorious for drag anyway but perhaps they make a difference..
