Tony, just so you know if you go down this route you may have alternator to bonnet interfacing occur! My engine sits alot lower than yours and further back and the top of the alternator hits part of the bonnet frame, only slightly so i can just notch it to clear it but as yours is higher you may find you have two bonnet bulges!
To give you an idea of how much lower mine is i have about an inch and a half of sump lower than the crossmember.
