I have been lurking in the background for a while, learning and reading posts etc.
i have reached a point now were i needed to ask a question about my RV8, so thought best to introduce myself a bit at the same time.
I bought a Westfield SEight 2+years ago and have been using the winter months to work through the old not so good bits to hopefully end up with a reliable fun car to take on longer drives than i am currently confident enough to do.
so far i have replaced/upgraded the radiator, expansion tank, and all associated switches, pump and pipework.
replaced the dizzy with a 123ign unit.
modified the fuel tank to top fill.
replaced the fuel pump with a Holley Red including all pipework from tank to engine bay with alloy tubing, ptfe flex tubing and AN fittings.
had new exhausts made with a lambda connector on each side at the 4-1 collector
fitted 2x AEM wideband AFR kits.
re-wired the rear lights
fitted an ignition live triggered relay to supply a buz bar direct from the battery to power the pump and gauges.
replaced the really low roll bar with a more substantial and taller RAC rollbar.
plus some other bits i have probably forgotten about.
car was edelbrock/holley, but i am currently in the middle of fitting quad Delorto DRLA's that i refurbished lastyear,
