hello all, new memeber calling in, I have a vanden plas V8 rover with a manual box, so lots of questions from me in the future, Ive always owned ford essex and colouge V6 so the V8 sounds better lol. the car is super clean a few niggles but hey its 35 year old. carbs choke and a misfire to sort out . but with help im sure it'll run right

Depending on age, it could have a manual choke, FASD, or electronic control SU carbs. All the autochokes work well, but do need meticulous fault-finding if things go wrong. With the ignition, many of the after market parts on sale are not of the best quality.

I found the missfire a crap ht lead, whats the best set to buy withing a £50 price managcors are funny money
