Greeting! and Rover V8 Cylinder Heads!

Hi,
I am new to this forum and forums generally - so fingers crossed.
I am rebuilding a comp safari Landrover Tornado and am rebuilding a 4.6 Rover V8 to run in it.
I am interested in connecting with people who know about both Landrovers and tuning Rover V8s so hopefully I have come to the right place?
I read some very interesting posts from a chap called Andrew from 2010 about the flow data from various performance heads and wonder if he carried on with his work and summarised his conclusions anywhere as the posts stopped in 2010.
I will have a look around the topics as I am sure there will be many things to learn but if anyone has an update on the above that would be great.
