RR Near Sheffield

Anyone recommend a Rolling Road near to Sheffield, who has some idea what a carb is?
I like my Eddy and want to keep it, just want to find someone who can set it up on some rollers. Don't mind travelling for an hour or so, be nice to travel home on a set up motor.
