Some really beautiful work here! I have a soft spot for v8 sierra's but very few seem to be built to this kind of standard!

Great build - how the hell do you keep it all so clean whilst you are working on it?

Seems to stay fairly clean - gets a bit dusty and I blast it with the airline sometimes!

Great work Mark. Keep it up.
A question. Way back in your post you showed your first attempt at the gearbox mount. (The steel one). In the photo there is a black item attached to the gearbox, driver side. What is it?

Just aside, I'm amazed at the way Sierra parts prices heve zoomed up recently. Probably aimed at the Cossie restoration guys.

I think you're looking at part of the gearbox rubber mount, I got the gearbox and mount from a guy called Will Riley who bought all of the Rover stuff when they went bust - £800 for a new T56 seams cheap now as clapped out old T5's go for over a grand now

I paid £500 for the rolling shell with 2WD Cosworth running gear back then, prices are plain crazy now for parts.

Prices have zoomed. I paid £1800 for a new T56 about 2 years ago.
