Yes, the sensor does have a pin that sticks out.

I am using the GEMS trigger wheel (same as you), 36-1, with EDIS. Perfectly OK. Standard Rover sensor.

The Thor engines used something like 60-1.

Chris.

Hi guys, not a lot of progress really with work being so busy, but I have managed to cut my sump in half (to convert to dry sump) and finally finished fabricating the new main oil gallery that will feed everything from the dry sump pump. I have put AN12 inlet from the pump, and an AN8 outlet that will feed the rocker shafts via a restrictor (will have to play with sizes) to get oil pressure right.

All the mains are to be connected to the gallery via 8mm OD copper pipe.

Here is the new next to the old!

Minor update to keep the thread ticking along, I cut the bottom of the old Nash sump off, folded up a new profile and have started welding it on. The valley in the bottom will have 3 holes cut for scavenge points for the dry sump pump, and I have ordered some stainless mesh to line the bottom with as well to keep any fragments out..!
