The moment you think oh ive fucked it again :(

well had a heart stopping moment today,
weather was good (before the snow comes) so thought give the car a quick blast in the cold air,
out to the usual A34 and pulled out, over taking a lorry a Porsche appeared from nowhere flashing his lights for me to pull over,
and I'm sure that was going to happen lol, nailed it had a bit of fun then smelt the dread oil smell i had when the last engine died,
heart stopped, slowed down let the prosche go by pulled into the layby oil smoke from under the bonnet,
lifted the bonnet oil smoke from passengers side and around the breather catch can like last time,
limped the car home was getting ready to call Rossco to tell him i've killed it, but first decided to clean engine off, and to my relief. the breather hose from the catch can to the vent filter was split which was the smell, and the flame trap on the passengers side rocker cover was loose and allowing oil to run along the rocker cover and drip onto the exhaust manifold also the smell but also the smoke,
just had a road test and all is fine THANKGOD!!!
