Need some big spacers made, advice?

I need two large spacers made for my hubs, they need to be 5mm thick, 50mm O/D and 35mm I/D. Any one know where I might be able to get some from?
The guy who makes my hub/suspension kit can do them for me for 13.5 euros each, but he wants 25 euros for shipping from Ireland, which I think is a total rip off. I have just paid him for some offset rose joint spacers and had to stump up 25 euros for shipping so don't want to do it again if possible!
