Back spacing on a scimitar standard alloy wheel

Hi all
Have the opportunity to buy a set of weld alloy wheels for stupid cheap price as at billing fun run and a guy is selling a set of four virtually brand new wheels
They have a 3/12 inch back spacing and am wondering if they wil fit a scimitar hub without fouling any suspension components
Any help would be great
