Urgent help please

A few of us members who are with BT infinity can no longer connect to the forum including myself.
All I get is site unavailable dns error.
If I turn wifi off phone connects straight away on 4g
Any ideas please??

Change your dns server to something more reliable. You can use Google dns servers on 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 to do this you will need to go into your router and find the dhcp server part. In there you will see things like ip range and dns servers. This is where you want to put in the new ip address. When done restart the router and disconnect reconnect any pc or phone. When it all reconnects it should have the new settings and work properly.
Sorry I can't tell you exactly where the settings are as all routers are different.

It's now working with BT, and I did nothing.
