1980 Triumph TR8 4.9 Rover V8

New to the forum. Have been reading for a little bit. We run a shop over in the states that deals with Triumph TR8 & TR7's. We focus mainly on performance, but do carry a full line of OEM items.
We have been modifying Rover V8's for over 20 years and have built many race and street motors from 3.5's to 5.0's. This is our shop car runs consistent 12.5's on street tires with a best of 12.4. It is a street car that we drive to many shows around the country.

2000 Rover offset ground 4.6 crank which brings it to a 298 cubic inch
JE forged Flat top Pistons 13:1 compression
Zero Decked block
1964 Buick 300 Ported , Polished and Extrude honed w/ Oversized Valves fly cut with wasted Valve stems
Hartcort Open Plenum Intake w/ Extrude honing
Custom Ground Erson cam Solid Lifter Cam w/544 lift 250/256@.50 ground on a 106 lobe center
Barry Grant Silver Claw 650 Carb
Mallory Comp 9000 Distributor with CD microprocessor
