Losing a couple of cylinders

Post by scudderfish » Mon Jan 01, 2018 3:26 pm

I've still got the V8 Fury to maintain membership, but I'm trading in the V8 Jag XF. It's never been a car that I've had full faith in with a whole bunch of different niggles. I've driven the full range of loan cars at the local dealer. So whilst 0-60 in 5.2 is a giggle, a Kia Stinger does it on 4.7 and has a 7 year warranty to boot. Twin turbo V6 here I come (later this week). I never expected to be trading in a Jag for a Kia.

Will be interested to get your thoughts on the Kia?

Why did you choose that over the usual Audi S4, BMW 340I etc...?

Because they are Audi, BMW etc :D

I did look at them, but they needed at least £10k in options to get close to what the Kia has as standard. Apart from the badge snobbery appeal and the noise it makes, the Kia is better in every way I can think of to my XF.
