Single turbo for a 3.9 RV8?

Whats a good choice for a single turbo on a x bolted 3.9 Rover v8, stock pistons & rods, intercooled its for a road car MGB,thanks

I have a t3 hybrid rated at about 420bhp, Im going to try that, I have a GT30 if I find that too restrictive, although I would like a bit of low end punch that the smaller jobbie will give..

Turbo newbie question. Are you going to connect it to one exhaust bank or both?

Neither, Im going to connect it to the interior heater, and Im going to have a "Wicked Init" sticker in the back windscreen........
