Crane Ignition HI6 Retard Adjustment Info?

I have a HI6 ignition box, Ill be using it with a MAP and want it to retard the timing, Crane sell a plug in trim pot for this, but its big money to get one sent to me here in the UK.
It's just a common adjustable trimpot, does any one know the valve of this ? thanks
