It's more maximum torque which determines the clutch needed. Is it forced induction?

Regular AP paddle clutch should hold it ok, and car is probably fairly light ?

I used one years ago and it held well on my much heavier car.

I use a Helix paddle clutch in my 4.6, you can get a bit of a judder just as the clutch bites when you are pulling away from a standstill but after that it's OK.

They are a little yes.

For a daily driver....more so if you see traffic, it would be very annoying. For an occasional fun car, not really a big deal as they're not really that bad in most cases.

Realistically in this day and age, there should be dozens of organic based options to hold the power, but just not sure anyone has ever bothered. But for modern Jap stuff, 4wd etc...getting a good organic clutch that will handle 500hp all day long is pretty easy and they're smaller diameter than the RV8.

So for the RV8 getting a daily driver clutch to handle only 400hp should be very easy.....should.

Might be worth calling the likes of Helix etc

Or maybe the likes of TTV could offer something

Running a 10.5" McLeod street strip kit from RealSteel for years now. Sinter Organic full face for years on the Supercharged. Superb on the street. Just handles like a daily. Perfect on the strip.

The likes of the larger diameter US offerings would be a good idea.

Or plain and simple AP paddle clutch

I'm using a Helix organic clutch+cover in my 4.6 supercharged Dax Rush, probably 350+hp, grippy rear tyres but only 700kg so maybe a little lighter than an MGB?
Clutch works great, holds the power fine, although it is rather heavy when doing lots of stop starts, but it smooth and progressive.
Don't know part numbers, just at the time when I phoned Helix they told me it was the same one they use in the Tuscan race cars.
It has double diaphragm springs.

Organic are good to about 400lb IMHO
