Well i got home, loaded up each cylinder with WD40 and left it for 2 hours. Ten attached a socket and big bar to the pully nut and gave it some beef! Motor stuck solid. The bar started to BEND!!!!

I suspect its the starter motor which is jammed so will be removing that tonight.

if you get the engine to turn over.
change the oil before starting up, as the wd40 may of seeped into the oil past the pistons,
you never had the car in gear did you

Wel i tried everything.

Took the starter out (gave it a good clean when i was at it :D )
Undid the bolts on the bellhousing
You name it!

I was just about to give up when I saw a bolt not quite done up underneath the bellhousing. There are 2 bolts which hold he plate from the sump to the bellhousing. Seems when this was done up last time the bolts were the wrong length and had jammed the flywheel.

So bolt replaced the motor turns over easy and there is a crap load of fuel and WD40 down each cylinder. An oil change will be required prior to firing her up but thats all good!

Cheers for all your help 8-) time to cruze
